I mix season salt, Cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, and celery salt, dry rub the meat about 1 to 2 hours before cooking. If you want the meat to fall off the bone, put in your oven at 325 with a couple of teaspoons of lemon juice in the pan, and cook covered for about 2 1/2 hours, then add your BBQ sauce... you'll love it!!!!

First I mix 9 tbsp prepared mustard with 2 tsp liquid smoke. Coat with a dry rub of 6 tbsp brown sugar, 6 tbsp paprika, 3 tbsp coarse black pepper, 3 tbsp garlic powder,1 1/2 tbsp salt. This will work for 8-9 lbs of either beef or pork ribs. Cook in a 250 oven 2-3 hours for pork or 1 1/2-2 hours for beef. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and put under broiler until it starts to bubble. Enjoy!

There's one that you buy called "Butt Rub" (not a joke). Grocery stores sell it. you might want to look it up on the web before you buy it.
