I've heard it's cheaper to eat junk food, b/c with healthy food you have to buy fresh produce, organic foods, and lean meats.Which is alot more costly than buying from the $1.00 menu at McDonald's or buying $0.99 bag of chips from your local 7eleven.

Cheaper to eat healthy because at least you can buy your fruits and vegetables and make several nutritious meals for what you will on a take away and other junk food

Green leaf lettuce costs less than a bag of chips and you can make your own salad dressing with olive oil and vinegar or other things you have on hand.
Choose healthy....it's definitely cheaper than the doctor bills.

Without doubt it is cheaper to eat healthier.
Just try buying vegetables, rices, pastas and fruits instead of ready-meals or going out.
It takes a bit longer, thats all.

If you shop wisely you should be able to eat healthy and not spend a fortune. Look for sales, buy only what you need.
