I often buy food products from Asian markets, most of which are imported from China. Asian food is part of my life and it won't change but I can't help to worry sometimes because these markets probably sell some products that aren't safe but they aren't aware of or just ignore.

We will be on the road 6 hours in 100 degree heat, taking 3 pans ( 9" X 13") of homemade fudge to a reunion, the car will be air conditioned, but we don't want soft melted fudge when we get there. We don't have a cooler, but do have a plastic 'tote' about the size of a cooler, it's not insulated. Any ideas on how to keep the fudge cool? I am afraid bags of ice will start melting, and with bumping around in the car, water will slosh into the pans.......

I have this open bottle of probably 10-15 year old whiskey, and I was wondering if it is still good/safe to drink. It's been in a cabinet in its box, with the cap tightly closed on it. I pretty much forgot about, until I started cleaning up today. Only the neck of the whiskey is gone by the way.

So is it still good to drink?

It know YUCK

so I was making a sandwich. I put the meat cheese etc on it then took a bite. When I opened it to see if i forgot to put mustard on it i saw there were small areas with mold growing on it. From that i want to throw up.

The bread wasnt all moldy it was only in a few spots on the underside but sill UGHHHH. I dont think i ate the mold part becasue nothing tasted funny at all (the bread wasnt even stale i bought it that morning) But if i did eat some of the mold what should i do?

im sorry for grossing yall out, just want to know

Anyone have any good recipes for baking boneless chicken? I like the zesty, garlicky kind of flavours. Any suggestions?
