If you have the kind that has flour in it, it'll work. I've tried both with and without flour spray kinds and the one without flour made the cake stick to the pan a bit. I've found that the Pam cooking spray for baking with flour works as well as shortning and flour.

Yes you can but you should still flour the pan. Just the oil will not do a good job of not sticking. You can even buy spray which contains flour, I know Crisco and the Wal-Mart brands have one.

There's a great baking spray - just like cooking spray, but it is made with flour & works much better for baking.

yes you can use non-stick cooking spray, there are several of them made now specially for baking even with added flour in it so it helps even better when you talk about sticking, but a good amount of the regular 'ol one is perfectly ok to use.

In fact, they make a non=stick spray just for baking, to use instead of grease and flour. Has flour in it.

Yes but I would suggest using something such as cocoa powder along with the cooking spray.

cooking spray works just fine. i lay it on a little heavy though. dont do too much though or you can get the taste of the spray.

Yes, Pam has a special one that works great. "PAM® For Baking" contains flour.
