My specialty; I have thrown many, both professionally and for fun. Did a Tapas fundraiser for Ivanna Trump at "Mar-a-Lago," some years ago, but the best have been on my very own back porch, with friends.
The "Little meals of Spain," are such fun when the company is right, and the food authentic and well prepared. Sultry, salty, heady times!

Off to Spain in a week to revel in it!

Take a bottle of Spanish wine. Enjoy... get back to us and tell us all!

tapas are appitizers basically.
try some bacon wrapped japalenos with cream cheese and shrimp inside. after baking, drizzle with a touch of sourcream on top for looks. serve with black beans and salsa( with corn for color).
they will love you.
I think people that throw (tapa parties) are pretentious and reaching to be "cool" because Tapas are the "in thing".
Its just reacently in the past 7 years that the term has become popular in the world.
BUT I will say Tapas done correctly make for a nice line up of food.

Why can't it just be "hey! I'm having some friends over to hang out and have some food. Why don't you bring something" instead of TRYing to be stylish with the whole tapa bit

Why did you email me, calling me a "wanker wanker wanker"?

Good luck honey, I have no idea what one is...

but I would take a bottle of grog and some chocolate anyway... (for the host) that should get you out of trouble xo
