It says one serving is 1 ounce. I don't have a food scale. How many pieces of dried italian salami do you think is equal to 1 ounce?

Well, a regular deck of cards is about 3 oz. of meat.... so 1/3 of a deck of cards.... sorta pile it up (cubes or slices) and see if you can't get a 1/3 deck of cards size pile.

IT DEPENDS ON HOW THICK ITS SLICED. PERSONALLY I WOULD JUST USE IT TO TASTE NOT TO MUCH THOUGH SALAMI IS OVER POWERING.
