I put some ground beef in the fridge Thursday night to defrost for dinner on Friday. However, I ended up going out and wasn't home to cook on the weekend. I want to use it to cook dinner for tonight (Monday), but I'm a little standoffish.

I mean, it looks and smells just like any other raw ground beef, but I don't know if there's a shelf life in the fridge cuz I always keep it in the freezer.

Is it ok to use? Thanks!

If someone had taken an extreme amount of liquor/alcohol in a short amount of time but doesn't throw up would it be acceptable to give them ipecac to induce vomiting and avoid a hospital visit?

how do u make sticky rice(steamed rice) when u r using a rice cooker and jasmin rice? i always try to make the rice stick,but it come out wet. do u put less water than the amount of rice? more water? equall amount of water?

My son and I have recently converted to vegetarianism. My son, 2 yrs old, refuses to eat meat and I can no longer stomach the smell of beef or chicken (weird huh?). Can you guys please provide me with a few tasty meal ideas???
