No, you will not get sick.
I would be more concerned with the "why" portion of this best forgotten little episode. Next time, hide the dog's food.

you shouldn't get food poisoning unless the dog food has been out for a couple days and it should've been refrigerated. there are always those nosy kids who eat dog food just to see what it's like and i've never heard of them getting sick. if it was dried food, i'd definitely say you are in the clear. if it was canned food or table scraps that had been sitting out for a while, i'd be a little worried. if you're really that worried, just call your local poison control center and ask.
also, don't be too paranoid at first since i'm sure you're not feeling that great with the hangover anyway. just make sure to eat some saltines or something that'll settle your stomach and i'm sure you'll be fine.

was the dog sick? if so, then you will be sick, but otherwise, don't worry. if you are still worried about this, go and ask your doctor and see what he/she says to be safe.

no i aint but i ate dried dog food when i was a kid still here.... i think so it should be ok
