my friend and I are having a "sweet 13" coming up in March and her dad is making virgin drinks for the guests (around 140) to go with our island theme. I'm sure he has recipes, but does anyone know recipes for virgin margaritas, strawberry dackerys, and pina coladas?

pina coladas
1 cup ice
1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
DIRECTIONS
In an electric blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, milk, cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

2 tablespoons kosher (coarse) salt
1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
1 can (6 ounce size) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup orange juice
4 cups ice cubes

Directions:

Place the salt in a shallow dish. Rub the rim of each of 4 margarita glasses with a lime wedge and dip the rims into the salt; set the lime wedges aside.

In a blender, blend the limeade, orange juice, and ice cubes on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until well blended and the ice cubes are crushed.

Pour evenly into the glasses and garnish with the lime wedges. Serve immediately.

Add rum extract to the daquiris and pina coladas. Gives you the rum taste without the alchohol. Makes sure it's ok with the parents though.

I like to take a glass, fill 2/3 with orange juice, add a spash of grenadine, and then fill it with sprite or gingerale. serve with an orage slice for decoration. You can also switch the juice, like pineapple or cranberry for different tastes. they're sweet and fun to drink.

In the frozen Juice section in Jewel Food Store, they have the mix for these drinks...Follow the directions and just don't add alcohol.
