It's almost like sweet tea, with maybe tapioca pearls or little square chewy things in it? Haha. I'd love to make it, but can't remember what it's called.

I am trying to eat healthier for the new year- my blood pressure is extremely high, and I want to be healthier for myself and my girlfriend.

I like those mini tomatoes, sometimes called 'Cherry' or 'grape' tomatoes. However, I am not used to eating fresh vegetables nor fruit. After eating the tomatoes, my stomach hurts. Why is this? Is it because of pesticide residues, and/or perhaps infinitessimal amounts of insect feces?

How can I avoid these stomach pains? I washed the tomatoes first, but evidently that wasn't enough.

Any suggestions would be fantastic. Thanks.

My husband and I are trying to eat healthy and with a newborn at home I could really use some good casserole recipes that I can prepare to just pop in when needed.

Remember...they need to be fat-free or really LOW fat, please!

Thank you!!!

When you pop a bag of popcorn in the microwave, all of the kernels don't pop at the same time (obviously). So why don't the first kernels that pop get burned since they've cooked the longest?

I need a dish that goes with seafood chowder that does not have seafood. My partner and I are going to a dinner party and they are serving seafood chowder. My partner doesn't like seafood so I thought the dish I bring could be without seafood so she can have something to eat. But I don't know what goes well with seafood chowder.

I'm trying to make my own frozen lunch entrees. I love Weight Watchers Dragon Shrimp Lo Mein and I've looked at a lot of Shrimp Lo Mein recipes on the web but don't know if they'd freeze very well. I'd also like it to be less than 300 calories a serving but that's probably more likely accomplished by controlling the portion size.
