I eat only egg whites, 2 per day, that should not be a problem, right?

hi all, I have a small west bend (just for dinner bread maker) and would like to know if using buckwheat flour instead of whole wheat flour would make a difference in the bread. Anyone out there familiar with this bread maker? Any tried and true recipes that you have made? I am always looking for a healthy bread also. Thanks

I want to do this basically for health and moral reasons, but every time I go a few days without eating meat (or greatly reducing the meat intake), I feel a terrible compulsion to binge on the meat. Maybe it sounds silly but it is a physical compulsion, its not really mental. I'm actually quite a decent cook, and I can make more than a few vegan or veggie meals that I like that I think should be giving me everything I need, but it really seems like something is missing from that diet that is only satisfied by the meat products. Has anyone had this experience (maybe when first starting out?); I appreciate any advice.

Hi I just want to know what might happen to me when my Blood Acohol Level is over 0.8 and what might I do? Last time I had a Rum with Coke and a Coors Light within 2 to 3, I felt I was drunk but I think I walked properly but I had a very hard time thinking about anything it seemed everything came out without me even thinking. Was I half drunk or totally drunk? I am interested in getting wasted. I am 6'0, 182lbs and male also I am an occassional drinker. Also can a cigeratte give me relaxation after drinking cause last time I had my very first ever cigarette after drinking. I am 21 year old college student. Any advice on what 3 drinks will be fun to drink to get hammered
