I like over easy eggs. the runny yolks might make you ill. I know it does my friends. but I like to also make omelets when I make them I turn them over before I add the toppings (ham. cheese tomatoes onions ect.) I know that some people dont like the yolk runny & if you dont turn the omelet first the egg doesn't cook & that might make you ill.

I like mine fried sunny side up on fried bread with lots of ground black pepper and indigestion .
With regard to all those who like theirs unfertilised they actually eat an Asian delicacy of an egg with a half-developed fetus inside (Phillipines) as a delicacy called Baalut . Feel sick now do you ?
