The cholesterol in eggs is in the yolk. There have been recent studies that have proven that the scare from a few years back was just that, a scare. The choleterol in eggs is not bad for you. In fact, eggs are a very good source of protein.
If you're eating only two egg whites a day, you have nothing to worry about.

All the fat and cholesterol is in the yolk. If you have 2 whites per day, you are doing great! No problems at all.

Yes, all of the cholesterol is in the yolk. Believe it or not, scrambled egg whites or egg-white omelettes taste pretty much identical to the real thing.

Yolks are high in cholesterol, but rich in vitamins and other nutrients. You throw away a lot of good when you throw out the bad.

Try eggbeaters or similar products. Use canola oil butter, like Country Crock Light, which has no colesterol, too.
