hi all, I have a small west bend (just for dinner bread maker) and would like to know if using buckwheat flour instead of whole wheat flour would make a difference in the bread. Anyone out there familiar with this bread maker? Any tried and true recipes that you have made? I am always looking for a healthy bread also. Thanks

I think buckwheat is gluten-free, so the structure of your bread will suffer. I'd suggest a half and half to see what happens with the addition of the buckwheat flour. Experiment.
