If you have a canned chicken soup, it would be great for you, and squeeze some lemon juice and sprikle some black pepper on it, but if u dont have it you can make a simple soup just boil some water and put an onion dont chop it and some chicken stock and salt and balck pepper and after it boils for a while add your favorate noodles and squeeze some lemon juice after it's done.

Heat up some chicken broth and pour it over a slice of that grainy whole wheat bread. If not that drink some liquids like 7up.

Yogurt , fruit , cereal , cup o noodles , cottage cheese . Something kinda light but still easy on your stomach.
