I do like Campari, but I think it's too bitter to use in cooking. Maybe a tiny, TINY spash, but that seems really risky to me.

Oh my gosh...Campari on the rock with some canolli pastry is like to be in heaven.That drink is awesome.I had a couple two years ago in New York.My favorite drink.However, because of the taste and the content of the drink,I'm not sure if is good for cooking.Sorry.
