Do you pour in lemon juice during cooking or just prior to serving?

Unless specified, lemon juice is usually something added toward the end. Just before serving would be fine in most cases.

Just prior.As long as you are aware that lemon juice will have an effect on the texture of the food,so it will depend on whats cooking.
