they can be used for anything, as a condiment to add spice. i like worcestershire sauce on cheese on toast....yummm. and i like tobasco on anything......like scrambled eggs. thats delicious

There are no official uses for either sauce. It's just however you like it.

Personally, I use Worcestershire AND Tobasco in my Bloody Marys, though, along with horseradish. Any respectable Bloody Mary has those 3 ingredients with the tomato juice and vodka. Yum.

I also happen to enjoy mixing in Worcestershire with my burgers. It's also great on steak, and I also use it in Welsh Rarebit. See link below for Welsh Rarebit.

Tobasco is good on eggs, in chili, in salsa, cocktail sauce, and many other things. :)

they can be used lots of places. I use worcestershire sauce in my beef strogonoff and i use tobasco on my scrambled eggs.

The first one ( the black one) is for flavor.Helps a lot when you're cooking and you're looking for something with the kick.The Tabasco is for heat. For me,that sauce is only for the sake of heat.Flavor taste is zero.

in a ceaser, or really anything you want to spice things up, or in rice dishes, chilli, or as a marinate for steaks.
