I bought some organic creamy peanut butter from Costco the other day. It is prestirred I believe, with no oil sitting on the top. There is no label that says the peanut butter must be refrigerated. Do I refrigerate it?

THE SKIN IS THIN AND LOOKS A LITTLE LIKE A LIME. THE FRUIT IS FLESHY,SLIPPERY AND PEACH COLOR. THE PIT IS DARK BROWN. I DON'T THINK IT IS LYCHEE.

So I'm on the search for the perfect potato soup. Some soups I've made are simple and healthy, but seem to be more soupy and watery. The best one I've made so far was very rich and creamy; but didn't seem very healthy—I had to use a whole 1/2 pint of heavy cream to get it so thick and creamy.

Is there a way I can skip the heavy cream and still obtain a nice thick creaminess?

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and have to watch my sugar intake. In the past I have made great (even killer) sourdough chocolate chip cookies. I have found substitues for just about everything else required, and brown sugar is the only item left. If you know of a substitute for brown sugar, you will get my vote.

Someone told me to use hoja santo..but I can't find it. I'm in Michigan. I tried to use Guajillo Chile paste, but it turns out I'm not too skilled in making that.

I think I am paranoid but I get so scared to eat pork since I know someone that got the worm on her brain. I see pork baby back ribs, pork chinese take out food, or mexican carnitas and I don't know if I should trust them or not. I know the meat has to be a certain temperature but how can one know if it was cooked that well? I love pork but I am just too scared. I never cook pork myself so basically all I want to know is about restaurant pork. Thanks so much.

Ok here's the problem. I want to incorporate more leafy greens in my diet like romaine lettuce, spinach, etc, but I get sick of eating salads. I prefer eating stir frys and baked dishes. Is there any way to get leafy greens in these type dishes without losing the nutrients? Thanks so much.... I appreciate your nutritional knowledge.

I have never been too fond of fruits or vegetables. I'm 18, & I know I need to eat a lot more healthier than I do. I like apples and bananas, and then carrots and potatoes occasionally, but I really haven't found anything else. I've tried some vegetables, but they just don't taste very good & ranch dressing has always been a suggestion, but I really don't like dressings at all. Please help if you have suggestions, maybe about not-so-common fruits and vegetables.

I was wondering if they are any good resources on the web that has coupons and/or useful tips. I a lot of stuff I find is just plan junk. Like if you complete this and this offer you will get these coupons or a gift card. Maybe they are okay but I don't use the offers they have enough to really save anything.

I am making a bean cassoulet in the crock pot and don't have enough baby carrots on hand, so was hoping I could add more veggies but all I have are frozen baby peas and frozen broccoli florets. The crock pot will be on low for about 8 hours. Can I just add these?

Thank you!!! :o)

I've done a lot of research looking for this recipe online but without any luck. It must be a pretty top-secret recipe. But does anyone have any copycats that taste like the real thing?
