I have alaways wonderd what vegetarians ate but never really looked into it, the funny thing is today i was watching t.v. and just happend to flip on to a rocky movie and he ended up getting a job at a meat factory and what i saw was so discusting, so i was wondering what simple things a beginer vegetarian could make to get the hang of being one.

Im not talkin about pot brownies because i dont feel like making brownies. Can i get the same high effect by pouring it crushed into water or some drink or sprinkling it on food and eating it. and if yes is it a bigger high and how long will it take for the effects to kick in?
