ok heres the thing my biyfriend ( whom i live with) works nights.. he usually gets off at 230 home @3 am.. they have changed his hours so now he is home @ 12 am
i cook him dinner everynight and leave for him to heat up.. am running out of idea for dinners... i need easy recipes for groundbeef. he is really picky so i need to keep it simple.
have outdone meatloaf, spaghetti, hamburger helper, stroganoff, sloppy joes.
please help....!!!

A friend and I are going to a restaurant with really good, traditional Portuguese food. I've never had Portuguese food before -- do you have a favourite dish you would recommend?

I just moved out from my parents home, and am offically living on my own. I am looking for simple recipes that I would be able to prepare in my apt. I love vegetables, and some types of meat, but do not really know how to prepare much besides the basics.
