I have a great recipe for toffee apple pie, but the recipe says to use shortcrust pastry. I don't have the time to make it, and I'm horrible when it comes to crusts. Are there brands that I can buy, or could I just get away with using a good ready made regular pie crust?

Oh, I'm from NYC, so if there are any brands, could they be local ones? Thanks in advance.

On the CO2 tank for our "kegerator" how do you use the two reverse(?) washers on the regulator?
