Someone in our household bought a lot of tea in tea bags... he drinks it when he's sick, but there is a lot left and I know they're at least a couple of years old... should they still be safe to use?

Went to TGI-Friday's and they have a new Jack Daniels bourbon sauce and I am trying to figure out the ingredients. I know that it has bourbon in it, but when I went to the liquor store I got confused. They had Jack Daniels Bourbon Whiskey, but I never saw just Jack Daniels Bourbon. Does Jack Daniels make just a bottle of Bourbon or is Bourbon always with whiskey? I appreciate any help you can give. Also if they do make two seperate types of bourbon, what would be the difference (such as more powerful, milder). THanks.

I have a foundue fountain that I got for christams. I want to use it for my sons birthday party. I am going to do a chocolate in the one, and in the other fountain I want to do a cheese sauce. I want like a chedder cheese in it. I have look on the computer and could not fine one that is good for the fountain. It can not have any chucks in it. I need like a creamy sauce that is good. The starting specific gravity before pitching yeast was 1040 it has been 6 days and all signs of fermenting are gone. I am wondering what the specific gravity should read when completed. I am using an ironmaster irish stout extract kit,with an ounce of northern brewer pellet hops, and a can of dark malt to replace sugar. Please help! Am I ready to bottle? The hydrometer now reads 1020.
