Pappas Burgers - what is in them?!!!?

I LOVE Pappas Burgers in Houston. I ask what's in them and always get the same answer - "a salt and pepper mix". Anyone know what's REALLY in them? They're to die for! SO FREAKIN YUMMY! :)

brown sugar and molasses

at least thats what they put in the burgers here in Ohio to make them so good.
