Yes, and as these people were saying, you must specify how much leaness the meat itself holds, and i gotta say soemthing, if your losing weight.....DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH GRAVY OR IN OTHER WORDS 'FAT SAUCE'!!!
I may seem a little harsh, but the gravy itself adds about 100 to 200 calories depending on it's brand and type, and about 5 to 20 milligrams of fat,and alot of cholestreol. Oh boy, just have the meat itself, but i say you can add salsa or mustard or miracle whip light to 'spruce' it up a bit. And if it's sausage meatballs, or steak meatballs, run away and hide under your bed and cry because you wasted about 300 to 400 of your 2000 calorie diet per day.....wooooo weeeee! that is all, and eat right!

How big is the meat ball, what kind of meat is in it, and what other things are in this meatball. It matters. For that matter, how much is a little bit of gravy.
Ones made with 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 ground beef run around 80 calories per meatball.

Depends on the size of the meatball and the fat content of the meat(s) used as well as how much breading and egg was added. Believe it or not, it can vary greatly. Also depends on the amount of sugar in the gravy if it's commercially prepared.
