First of all, don't give up hope on the vegies you have already tried. While simply cooking the vegies may not be very tasty to you, there are many ways of preparing them.
If raw or boiled doesn't appeal to you, try sauteing them in olive oil with garlic and serve over some cooked pasta. This works well with most vegies, though leafy greens and root vegies (with the exception of carrots and lotus root) don't work as well.
These work realy well with this:
Bell Peppers
Carrots
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Summer Squash
Zucchini
onion
You can also try stir frying the vegies in a little olive oil (not traditional for oriental cooking, but healthier), add some low sodium soy sause and serve over rice.
These work well with this:
Broccoli
Bell Peppers
Carrots
Mushrooms
Water Chesnuts
Bamboo Shoots
Lotus Root

Do youlike cheese? Because you can melt cheese on things like cauliflower and broccoli (mmmmmm).
Carmelized veggies are good too. Carrots, butter and a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar. Preheat oven to 425. Put the carrots in a casserole dish with the butter and sugar, place uncovered in the oven, and let cook for about 35 - 45 minutes. Delicious. My hubby would eat this dish 24/7.

Most people like berries; strawberries, blueberries and raspberrioes, and they are very rich in antioxidants (but expensive too!). How about peaches, nectarines, mangoes? All faves of mine. Vegies might be a bit harder, but why not try just hiding them in food? Eg chop up inion, carrot, celery into a spaghetti bolognase and you can't even taste them. or cauliflower and cheese? or a stifry with some vegies with lots of soy and honey- yum!

fruits - blueberries, pomagranates, oranges mangos! try to getting frozen unsweetened fruit like strawberries and mango peices. put the fruit and a little non-fat yougurt in a blender - perhaps a touch of sugar and blend - the frozen fruit will freeze the yogurt to milkshake consistency. Yum! and great way to incorperate fruits
veg. - aspargus (with hollidaise yum!) spinach (cooked fresh not that mushy frozen kind). soy like sauteed tofu is fun to eat with a little salt and pepper or cajun seasoning on it. steamed soy beans (edemama sp*) are yummy. even salad greens are great.........

Try Kimshei, not sure of the exact spelling, but its Korean. Its cabbage that is heavily spiced, rolled up, and left to ferment, very tasty when its cooked but has a very pungent aroma. I can almost guarantee, that if you can get past the smell, you'll enjoy the flavor.

I've recently discovered that putting a little avacado oil on brocolli makes it much more palatable. And it's healthier than butter.
