I was wondering if they are any good resources on the web that has coupons and/or useful tips. I a lot of stuff I find is just plan junk. Like if you complete this and this offer you will get these coupons or a gift card. Maybe they are okay but I don't use the offers they have enough to really save anything.

Two best ways to save on groceries are to:
1. buy generic products
2. buy in bulk

Most generic groceries are just as good as the name brands and in some cases better, plus they are usually at least 1/3 cheaper. Even some of the dollar stores carry name & generic brands at lower prices.

You can buy in bulk through food wholesalers like Costco and Sam's Club. These are ideal for large families or organizations like firefighters.

I live in a small town, and the only grocery store we have within 30 miles is a WalMart Supercenter. They do honor other stores prices and coupons from anyone within a 50 mile area. So I get a Sunday paper, look thru the ads and coupons, and save whatever fits my list. I have saved up to $20.00 at a time. Hope this helps, and good luck.

You just have to register. I think it is easier to buy the Sunday paper and cut out whatever coupons you want. Also, in many cases you'll save much more than whatever the coupon offers by buying store brands...I usually can't tell the difference between them and the name brand.

couponbug.com
also try any local paper's web site they usually link to a coupon website.
the only bad thing about online coupons is they are usually all the same and don't rotate alot...it is all alot of pillsbury, iams dog food and soy stuff. but every once and a while you get a good one!
good luck coupon clicking!

A program I use is thegrocerygame.com. It tells you whats on sale at the store and which coupons to use (you clip from your paper) for the best deals.
