I am cooking a tur-duc-hen and my oven has options for both convection and conventional baking methods. Convection holds more moisture, but I've read that if I am using a deep pan, the convection option is inefficient.

My husband has read that drinking one glass a day of a Merlot will help cure him of his cancer. As his wife I will go along with his belief. Can anyone recommend a good wine. I don't drink and have seen wines from $1.50/bottle -$90/bottle.He said it has to be a merlot.
