Tuck the wings behind (like when you fold your hands behind your head and Tie the legs (at the "ankles")

You can tuck the wings but I think the legs are too big and muscular for that. Just make a foil tent over the parts you don't want to brown too fast.

If your turkey came with that plastic handle thingy you can hook the legs into that. If it doesn't have the plastic thing you can stick the legs into the flap of skin that hangs down from the hole where the bird was gutted.

I don't know about folding but i do know that covering them with foil will prevent burning.
