Diet Dr.Pepper

I really like both of these products, but if it came down to it, I'd say Mr. Pibb is slightly better.

I don't like the flavoured or diet versions, and Pibb Xtra is a little too much for me. Mr. Pibb isn't available in my area, so it's a treat when I can get it.

For any Mitch Hedberg fans, he does a bit about these two products: "Mr. Pibb isn't as good as Dr. Pepper... dude didn't even get his degree! Why, Pibb, didn't you try harder in school?"

I'm a pepper. You should be a pepper too! Mr. Pibb is ok and I will drink it if at a restaurant if they do not have Dr. Pepper but truly Dr. Pepper is a definite winner here. It just tastes better.

Dr.Pepper...Why Mr.Pibb??

The Dr has my remedy.

EDIT:

ricnnl, Dr Pepper is bottled by Cadbury Schweppes Co and Mr Pibb is bottled by The Coca Cola Co. Sometimes the obvious guess isn't always the right one. ;)

I love Mr. Pibb, but can't get that where I am anymore. Thankfully Dr. Pepper is carried throughout Europe :)

I have not tasted the Pibb products. So I have to go with Dr. Pepper for the great taste!

They're different from each other, but I like them both. Dr P has a harder taste too it, Mr P is mellower, they are both fine. I don't like the "flavored" ones, ie cherry/vanilla that much. I also liked the stuff with the serpent on it, Mr Green? something like that, was similar to these products. Sobi Green?
