Two of us share a new 4 bedroom 2 story house in Las Vegas. We have been roommates for about 3 months now. In the begining we both agreed not to have any more roommates so there wouldn't be any problems since we both can handle the rent.About a month ago, I come home from work and he informs me that this girl he met would be staying for a few days. Well she has never left. Its been about 5 weeks now. My roommate works about 60 hrs a week and myself just 8 hrs a day 5 days a week. Needless to say I was home alone most of the time. He has the master bedroom which is about 3 times the size of my bedroom, we both split the $ 1,400 a month rent $ 700/ $700.Well my problem and complaint is that I went from almost 100% privacy to about 10%. I can't walk naked anymore nor play my music loud because she might be sleeping. Shouldn't I only be paying 1/3 of the rent and utilities at the most, even though this condition is not what we had agreed on. I've lived by myself for the past 20 years.

Is there any crazy ideas that anyone has heard of for raising engagement ring money? I've been engaged 6 months together with my fiance for 6 yrs expecting 1st baby in May. We are getting married next year. Should the baby have his last name for the sake of simplicity so after the wedding only my name gets changed? He wants it to have mine last name and we(baby and I) both switch after the wedding. A few friends have said hyphenate both names and just drop mine later. What do you think? Does one make more sense than the other? Maybe someone has had a similar situation or can offer a bit of advice? Thanks.

3 months ago I asked my fiancee for time apart. things were moving fast, marriage was coming, and I thought I needed to think alone. She was very upset, but I insisted and didnt see her for a month. I realized how much I loved and I asked her to take me back. At first she was still angry at me and she was dating someone else. She kept dating him for about 1 week. She eventually forgave me and we are engaged again. Recently I found out that she had sex with the other guy the night before she took me back. She says she wanted to experience him, but that she wanted to teach me a lesson and test my love. She also said wanted the guy was very sweet and she wanted to thank him. She told him she would go back to me, so the last night she admits they did it almost all night, three times. We have talked a lot, about how she was hurt, and I have expressed its ok to tell how she enjoyed the sex. we are back in love and my heart knows that, but I cannot stop my head from being jealous. advice?

I'm getting married and I have a maid of honor and 6 bridesmaids. My fiancee has his best man and 9 groomsmen and so we obviously have a discrepancy in the number of bridesmaids to groomsmen. My question is what do I do with the extra groomsmen in the church and in the reception?

me and Laura harve decided that when we get married we would like to have our wedding on the beach, I love the idea, thing is we dont want it to be religous at all if we can get away with it, its just how we feel so I am wondering if we have to have a preist or someone religous deliver our volws or what other options we would have...eg a JP or someone like that....options and opinions please...
