Yes, they are but you still need to make an appointment.Weekends are the time that everyone goes to shop, so if you are looking for lots of help with your purchases, the weekend might not be the best time to go. I went during the week and I got an attendant that stayed with through the whole experience and i went two days in a row.

At the top of the screen there is a place where you can enter your zip code and it will bring up the store(s) closest to you, and you can see their hours, phone number, etc..
This way you can go whenever you'd like, however I recommend calling to make an appointment first. Much better service that way.

see if they have a website, if they do then should be operating times. or get phone book and call them for operating times. I believe in the Kansas City area they are opened on Saturdays.
