I've been looking at Maggie sottero wedding gowns, when I fell in LOVE with this "private collection" dress. It had a little bit of maggie style~ I just love it. I'd like to know if there is a catch with these, because they are not "designer name" dresses. If any body has had one or known somebody who had one for their big day...I'd love some input before I purchase. THANKS!

I was looking for real advice from real people about buying diamonds and engagement rings, not just the information published by the diamond sellers. Also, if anyone has had a good (or bad) experience with a diamond wholesaler I'd love to know about your expereince.

I need a little help. I've got a wedding program I'm in the middle of working on and I am trying to find a quote of some sort to go in it. I've already got a couple ideas, but I want a lot to choose from. So would any of you happen to know of some good Quotes, Poems, and/or Song Lyrics on the subjects of Love/Marriage/Weddings, etc?

My fiance and I want to have a formal wedding and reception only for close family members. We also want to celebrate with our friends though, so would an informal picnic or "potluck" type dinner about a week later be inappropriate? And could both friends and family be invited to the shower?

What's another better title for being a "maid"? Like for a person who manages an adult sex/toy store, they would say to other people they're a manager at a toy store.
Now I need a better job titles for just "maid"/"housecleaner"
Also, I need better job titles for:

Cashier
Janitor
Babysitter
Waitress

*If you can come up with other underrated jobs and better titles for them, that would be very helpful. This is for a study I'm doing for my psychology class. Thanks!

My boyfriend & I were discussing this...I said I bet more people were so tired from the stress & being up so late they just fall fast asleep & 'consumate' in the morning. What did you REALLY do? Consumate or collapse?

We are buying a house and really want to get married in July next year. We've been together for 6 years and engaged for almost two. How would you feel if you were invited to a reception only (we want to get married somewhere cheap on the beach and stay for a couple of days) that is covered dish and bring your own beer like a picnic in our back yard? We don't really have the money to pay for a whole reception and no one will be helping us.

I asked earlier if I should stay with my depressed husband who wants to quit his job every 4-6 months. Most of you said I should work it out with him, and seek a therapist. To update you, he has been to a therapist with another apointment in a week. He didn't quit, and is calling what happend "a bad day". We are going to continue therapy. Now my question is this. We were planning to renew our vows in November on our tenth wedding anniversary, with the wedding we never had. I have deposits down, and a dress bought. I have everything planned, just have to buy the stuff. Should I proceed with the plans?

anounced her separation to her workmates, yet is going to a wedding with her new boyfriend?

I know that some of my workmates will 'gossip' about the matter, seeing as how I got married to the other guy while employed there.

Should I say something in advance, or should I just show up with new beau (who, btw, is 30 years my senior)?

Help!
