I am getting married in about 7 months and my biggest worry is the actual day. I hope everything goes smoothly. A dress you only wear once, a cake is good, but no one remmebers, but people always remember a ruined wedding. I just want my day to be without any bad surprises!

Wedding disasters come in all shape and sizes, from the no-show vendor to the summer rain shower that drenches the guests. But a little careful planning and preparation can help alleviate most worries.

Bad weather is the most obvious calamity that can befall a marriage ceremony. But a surprise hurricane, snow storm or a tornado isn't something a bride (or groom) can really plan for.

"The only thing you can do is research in advance and not book a wedding in key areas or times that have bad weather," advises Carley Roney, editor-in-chief of the popular wedding Web site The Knot.com.

Couples from Kansas and Oklahoma might choose to postpone getting hitched during tornado season (March through May), but many might not. For those trying to plan ahead in event of less severe storms, especially those having outside receptions, Roney recommends having a "Plan B" -- an alternate area such as a tent or an interior spot where the guests can celebrate.

Making sure everyone has a good time. And the weather, since we're having an outdoor ceremony and we're coming off of over a month of 100+ degree days. I'm hoping for around 80 and partly cloudy, with just a little breeze (but not so much of a breeze that we're chasing down my veil, etc!).

Logistically, probably the flowers is my biggest "unknown" or "worry". Just because while I've talked with the florist, I don't know EXACTLY what they'll look like until she's done with them.

And making sure our friend who's singing can hit all the notes, since he's had a sore throat recently.

I'm getting married in 8months and my biggest wedding worry is everyone getting along. I know no one would be openly hostile at a wedding but veiled hostility and tension is just as bad. All I can say is I hope everyone realizes that it's MY wedding and they should all be nice to each other!

Your wedding ceremony sounds superb, a celebration of your love with family individuals and pals. I in certain circumstances ask your self with some couples if the marriage isn't any extra significant than the marriage and that is no longer the case with you. Your menu sounds quite tasty and your wedding ceremony comfortable and delightful. Our wedding ceremony became similar yet even smaller and that i have a buddy who is going for the comfortable family individuals subject this summer season very comparable to yours. they are having a Pimms reception quite than greenbacks Fizz. a lot of success xx

Affording the things I want for the wedding. I know I've found the right one and rain on your wedding day is supposed to be symbolic of luck.

my biggest wedding worry actually came true!
i had joked with a friend of mine that it would be horrible if i lost my voice right in the middle of the ceremony.
sure enough, right in the middle of the vows my voice cracked and nothing came out

Mine is about the guest list...

I don't want to invite anyone that I am not close with to the wedding... but im sure family members are going to have "lists" of people that they feel need to be invited.

And, I dont want to have anyone feel left out.
