I Have found plenty of places online but we do not have enough time for it to ship. Does anyone know of any stores that would sell them?

If its not the necklaces, its the dress, or the money, or the day... complaints about everything! She won't come to the makeup consultation or shopping for shoes. I can't even have a conversation about the wedding with her because if its not about her, she gets annoyed ( hello... who's day is it?).She won't even do any kind of a bachlorette party! I've already tried to give her an out, but she insits she wants to stand up in the wedding. I can't just fire her because her husband is my fiance's best friend and it would cause friction there. My wedding is 3 weeks away and she's totally stressing me out!

I'm having my wedding in Jamaica-I'd like it to be on the beach, but I still want it to be formal.I'ts in August, so it will be pretty hot. Couple of questions-

1. What should I have the guys wear? I want them to be comfortable, but I'd ultimately like them to be tuxes.
2. I'm thinking about going formal, but not having anyone wear shoes. What do you think?

Here are the dresses I am looking at...

Dad and new wife start invetro within next couple of months. Dad has agreed to pay for part of my wedding, I will match what he puts up. Now he is acting like he doesnt want to pay a dime.(her doings) He lives too far away to sit down and have a heart to heart with. I am getting married in 6 months. Should I feel like I am being neglected? I am his only daughter that he will be able to walk down the aisle and give away. I am not the money hungry daughter that some would say I am. I have been on my own since I was 17-and have never asked for more than $200.00 all together. My step mom is money hungry. She wants everything her way or no way at all. I am running out of options. I have to make some reservations - I am getting married in 6 months - My mom died when I was in 1st grade. I dont think that side of the family is going to help. There has not been much contact since I was so young and couldnt really keep in touch. I do what I can now that I am old enough. Please HELP!

I've heard this suggested a couple of times, but I've never actually seen it. The idea is that the officiant has his/her back to the guests, so that everyone can see the bride and groom (not just a profile or the backs of their heads).

I'd love to hear from anyone who has been to (or who had) a ceremony like this. Did it work? How did people react? Was it weird/distracting for the couple, looking out at all the faces?

I'm considering this for my wedding, but would like to hear from anyone who's experienced it.

My parents are going through a messy divorce that has been going on a long time. I got engaged November 2005, and I waited a while to set the date so they could figure things out. The date of the wedding is October 14, 2007. I thought that would give them enough time, but it seems like this is the never ending divorce. They are not coming to a decision on splitting their money and I am afraid this will effect the wedding. The agreed to split the costs of the wedding, but my mom doesn't know a lot about money- so I have a feel me and my fiance will end up paying the other half. I would be content going to the court house, but I don't want to regret it. I want a nice wedding, but without the conflict! Any ideas?

I saw these invitations on the wedding channel years ago. It looks like a paper doll with a wedding gown on. I have searched many sites but I have not had any luck.

I need to know who pays what? Does the bride and groom pay for everything or is it still the brides mother and father pay for the ceremony and the grooms parents pay for the reception? Im getting married May 2007 and Im only going to have about 15 of my friends and family there. The other 100 guest will be his friends and family so I think his parents should pay for the reception to feed all those folks, its their family.

I have been dating my fiance for about 7 years now since I was 15 & he was 18. His mom & I have never had a really close relationship (his family is VERY different from mine) But we have never had problems and have always gotten along. Our 2 families are actually pretty close. I have tried so hard to get close to her but havent been successful. We are supposed to be getting married in less than a month, and she has been being very negative about the whole thing, We are getting married in a resort about 5 hrs from where we all live and when we told her she said "I guess we can all take off work". Just last week, 2 of her sister-in-laws wanted to give us a shower and she made the statement "they don't need no shower". It is really starting to get to me. Why is she being this way? My fiance blames her menopause! My fiance's sister announced that she was getting married right before we did, she is getting married next year does his mom think we are taking the attention away from his sister

I want a nice wedding for about 8,000. How does paying vendors come into play? Will most venues take payments? Does money need to be upfront with some places? It will take me a year to save 8,000 i have calculated. Do I already need to have the money? Or while I am saving can I pay different people in installments? Does 8,000 sound like it is workable for a nice wedding?

What can I do? I don't want to look back on our wedding photos and be really resentful and annoyed I didn't have vintage cars and instead just had ordinary modern day sedans... I don't know what to do. everyone around me, family, friends and fiance have convinced me it's not worth the extra expense but I think it is.

I start to feel jealous that other brides get what they want and their fiance/parents/whoever don't even blink an eye at hiring 3 vintage cars for between $1000-2000. I only want ONE car, costing around $400-600.

What can I do?

Just give up...

Get it any way and piss everyone off? esp since our parents are paying a portion of the wedding...

I don't know and I'm stressing..

Please SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY. I don't have any patience for smart alecs who aren't even that funny.
