I didn't break down sobbing but my husband and I both teared up during our vows - they were tears of happiness.

My mom and I both had some tears when she walked me down the aisle because my dad passed away not too long ago and wasn't there to walk with us.

I'm young a teenage girl, still to far away from getting married (if I could live long enough). But I have attend many wedding and I saw nearly every time the brides cried. Cry of happiness, and it's very beautiful.

uh, no, I didn't cry...I was so nervous that I was laughing and I couldn't stop. We got married at the JP so I didn't embarass myself or my husband as bad as it could have been. I did that same thing when my sister got married. I was determined that I wasn't going to look at anybody when, as her maid of honor (she married 2 weeks before I did), when walking up the steps to the alter, I didn't pick the front of my dress up high enough and kept stepping on the dress, each step I'd step on it a little more, eventually working myself into a bent-over position...quite embarassing, so, after recovering from that, out of the corner of my eye, I saw the best man sway, I peeked over to see if he was alright...I looked me dead in the eyes and snickered. Well, I tried to control it as long as I could, but the uncontrolled laughing started (I was as quiet as I could be) and the best man was trying his best not to join in. So, needless to say, my little sister didn't invite me to stand up with her in either of her weddings, the sister that I nearly ruined her wedding, actually had me be her matron of honor at her next wedding, a few years later (JP this time)...and I behaved!

As I walked down the isle I kept saying to myself "don't fall" and once I faced my husband and just had the tears flowing because I thought, this is the man of my dreams and I just love him so much. During the ceremony he sang and played the guitar to a wonderful song to me that he wrote (he is a music producer) just for our wedding. It was so romantic! I don't think their was a dry eye amongst the guest

Yes - in particular, when I was leaving, and had a moment to tell my parents how much I appreciated everything they had done for me.

They put up with a lot of crap from my end, including getting a grandchild when I was only 16. The fact that they continued loving me thru all of my wacky shenanigans and gave me the wedding of my dreams despite all of it was somewhat overwhelming!

I had a fit of the giggles durring the ceremony. Thankfully he was smirking as well and we were quiet about it and only the pastor noticed. I did cry at the end though becuase I was so happy.

yes, i cried in the limo on the way to the church...i had been so busy planning i the wedding, work, etc. that it hadn't really hit me. until all my bridesmaids, my sister(maid of honor) and my flower girl were all sitting in there and the horn started blasting "here comes the bride", and my sis in law was taping and said, "give ur future husband a message" and it hit me..i am marrying my love!! thats when i cried, all these emotions. but then i was happy , happy, happy.

MHK, I reckon we'll both just have to wait and see for ourselves, but my money is on the Tin Man and the Kat going nose to nose down the straightaway to a sweeping teary eyed photo finish. And, I will catch your tears and carry them in my heart, unto our happy garden, my love.
