Don't judge until you know the whole story. I guess you don't know anyone who proudly serves our country and keep your ungrateful self safe. If we want to get married quick before he is deployed after 5 years of devotion that is exactly what we will do!

i live in Modesto, CA were pretty much surrounded by almond orchards and in the spring the blossoms are gorgeous. My boyfriend and I were talking about getting married in one of them with the flowers in bloom. Question is, how would we go about that? do we talk to the farmer/owner directly? the city?

I'm 19 years old, and this guy and I know that we are going to get married, and we think that we should get married now, but others (our friends/family) think we should wait at least 5 more years...I think they're crazy...what do you think?

I have a very volatile relationship with my girlfriend. She is younger than me by 14 years. We are either fighting or making love. It is the strangest relationship I have ever been in and I'm afraid it's not going to work. She is 38 and she has never been married and she doesn't have children. One time she had 53 cats. (This is not a joke) Now she just has two older cats. I have no idea if she wants to marry me. I'm trying to hold off as long as I can because I know it's probably the wrong decision, but I think about her constantly. I can't sleep at night when we're apart. She has never lived with anyone before, but I have been staying with her about 3 nights a week. She is the strangest person I have ever met, and she is totally unpredictable. There may be some mental illness issues involved. Please help me decide what to do?

My boyfriends college friend is getting married. I've become close friends with his fiance over the past year and a half. They asked my boyfriend to be in the wedding and not me because they don't want to include me and not someone else. She is including only family on her side. I still feel sad and a bit hurt. I need some advice to get over this.

Is it ok to tell people to bring inivations to the ceremony and reception so they will be let in?We wanted to have someone stand by the doors to make sure those coming were actually invited. There are family members on both sides of the family who will invite people themselves without asking first (even people we don't know). His mom has already stated that she wanted the "whole" side of her family to be invited because she doesn't want anyone's feelings to be hurt. This includes people that my fiance doesn't know or hasn't seen or talked to sice he was 5.What she considers her "family" is huge and extends out to 4th cousins. There are a lot of people. We are paying for the wedding ourselves and cannot pay for a lot of people to attend the ceremony and definitely not pay for all the food that possibly 200 ppl who may show up will eat.We don't want to be rude, but we just can't afford it.If we can't manage to figure something out, we might to go to a JP, but we wanted a nice church wedding.

She's into lots of girly and glam stuff. She's as finicky as moi Ü She's lots of fun and has a great personality that works with anybody. Since her weddings' gonna be with pixies and fairies thus lots of soothing and shimmering pastels,, i was thinking of taking the bridal shower to a totally different direction ~ think, Hollywood Glam! Any inputs?

I'm not planing on getting re married any time soon...but I do have a question. I am catholic, and had my marriage nulled in the church, so I am free to marry in the catholic church again. But, the church i was married in, was also the church my parents were married in, myself and siblings were baptized in, my daughter was baptized in...in short, it is a special place to me and my family. If I were to remarry, I would feel weird about getting married in the church at all, but the person I'm with has never been married, and is catholic, people tell me there would be nothing wrong with getting remarried in the same church, I think thats weird... what do you say?

ok...so my wedding is just a little less then 2 years away, I've already had an angry mother over it (over funding this wedding, she was also mad that she doesn't know my fiance that well etc.--we had only been dating 2 months but we've known each other for a year)... ANYWHO--had bridesmaid drama 0--the one is getting really annoying suddenly and I don't know why b/c she never bugged me till now. and lastly the thing thats gotten me pretty upset was when i called my pastor to see if he'd marry me..he didn't seem too happy for me to be getting married.. or happy that I was asking. he informed me that I haven't been to church for a few years now and made me feel so small All of this has been taking a toll on me and bringing me down. ever since the words of me being engaged came out, NO ONE has seemed happy. except for a select few friends, his parents and extended fam, and my grandparents. what can i do to survive alll this, anyone go through similar stuff? just any help would be nice.
