Theme: Old Hollywood
It was in an old theatre. We are having pictures of us in theatrical costumes (Marilyn Monroe, etc) and photoshopped pictures of us in romantic movie posters. We are haveing popcorn at the tables in retro popcorn boxes, Casablanca will be playing in the background at dinner, and during the ceremony all the music had to be in a classic movie before we considered it. Our "first dance" is to "As Time Goes By" from Casablanca. Perfect for us. :)

Guests: between 110-120

Cake: Asyemterical, ivory with fall leaves fluttering down

We had about 210 at our wedding 2 weeks ago. I didn't really have a specific theme. All the bridesmaids dresses were apple red and all the flowers were gerbera daisies in the colors of red, orange, yellow, and white. We had 2 three-tier square cakes with stairs and bridges connecting the two cakes. In the middle of the two cakes was a water fountain. We also had punch and a chocolate fountain, following a buffet-style meal.

Getting married in 3 months... here's whar we're doing:

We're having a small wedding, probably only about 60 - 80 people (it's a destination wedding, people are coming to us).

We kind of have a beach/Florida wedding theme, since that is where we are having the wedding. Our invites have a cute little beach scene with a bride and groom on them. We're having flip flop picture frames as favors. Our tables are going to be listed as cities in Florida rather than numbers (nobody likes to sit at table #14 especially if is the last table).

Our cake is going to be to tiered. We don't have a cake topper yet.

Our colors are blue, sort of periwinkle color.

I am very excited about it!!

we just had a small wedding with close friends and family.. about 50 people... no theme really.. i love daisies so we had purple and white daisies all over the place. we had the ceremony in our church and then took pictures outside and then had a small reception (buffet style) at a new hotel that had just been built by our house. my mom is a baker so she made our wedding cake and it was also decorated with daisies. we just had music playing in the background (cd's of our favorite songs) and took the time to catch up with relatives we don't get to see very often. it was small, intimate, and perfect for us. have a great time at your wedding.. and congrats!

My fourth wedding was awesome. We went to Vegas, I walked to the Wee Kirk O' the Heather in my wedding gown, veil and tennis shoes (changed shoes when I got there). Then we spent 4 more days in Vegas just having a good time. We didn't take anyone with us.

I wore a slim, white velvet dress trimmed in fur, long train; my flowers were attached to a matching fur muff. The girls wore a deep blue velvet dress trimmed in narrower white fur trim.

My cake was 3 tiers of white cake with 4 cakes of chocolate surrounding it. It was decorated with blue flowers. I had a dessert buffet.
