I love tattoos and have some really nice ones. Yesterday my boyfriend said when we get married he would like to get tattooed wedding rings. (Lets say for once a marriage actually works and there is no worry of divorce) What do you think of this idea?

I may need to hire a caterer for my reception. My wedding will be somewhat small, less than 40-50 guests. But I want a reception dinner that's nice, probably a sit-down dinner. When I mention caterers, most people refer me to BBQ or Mexican places, but I want something classier than that (but still on a small budget!!!!!!!!). I don't even know what kind of price tag I'm looking at here...Any help?!?

Im getting married at the end of 2007 and I have my 3 best girlfriends as my bridesmaids. I want to ask one of my male friends to be my bridesmate. He's been one of my best friends for ages and is a very gay young man, since I'll not be having a church oriented wedding anyway I have no worry of the church approving or not, What Im afraid of though is that he may be offended at the prospect of being put in a women's place or am I being overconcientous? Some people have told me just to have him stand in as one of my fiance's groomsmen but they've not met yet and I want him on my side. I've gotten mixed answers from our mutual friends as to what his reaction may be, can I get some opinions?

*note* I am aware that a huge number of people will have an issue at the prospect of a gay man in my wedding, please don't drop your opinion in if it is simply to condem my friend and I to hell. This is not meant to offend anybody, please offer the same respect to me.

Wanted 2 let everyone know about After Hours formalwear/david's Bridal.
They are dishonest!
They pulled a bait 'n switch on us. They advertized a Tux rental for $49 that included everything. They offered free tux 4 the groom w/ 6 rentals.
Well that isn't what happen.
The $49 tux turned out to be $89. You pay extra 4 shirt, tie, etc. Grooms FREE tux cost $69.
We weren't happy, but went ahead & paid the $20 deposit. The manager ASURED us the deposit was refundable if we found something better or they would match price of any other dealer.
TOTALLY LIED!!!
We found a better deal, (a much better deal from DunnHill -- $49 tux that includes everything! except shoes.)
AFTERHOURS would not match the price/style nor refund my $20 deposit.
This company and it's people lied to us then
STOLE OUR MONEY!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!

I`ve been in a happy relationship for 3 years now. We are both 22 and I love my man to bits but I feel very frustrated that he refuses to get engaged yet. He says he will when the time is right and we are both ready, and the last thing i want to do is put pressure on him and make him leave. I`m just so keen on it. I guess it would just make me feel a little more secure. I cant take my mind off it. Please give me some suggestions or advice.

I am so confused why my boyfriend gets so upset when I tell him I don't think I would want to change my last name if we got married. Other than being the "norm" it seems so silly. It's my name! It's who I am. I played sports in college and high school and people called me by my last name more than by my first. How can I help us to get through this? He thinks it's a rejection of a "gift" he's giving me, but I see it as giving up a part of me. I want to be equal and not feel pressured into doing something because it's just what people have been doing for ages.
