No, a few people are frozen and unemotional (catatonia).

Some can manipulate you with fake emotions but have none (sociopaths).

Some can manipulate you but have only one emotion -- anger (pychopaths).

Most have feelings but DON'T KNOW HOW THEY FEEL even when they think back and try to understand themselves!

Well I am sure that the answer to this question must be yes, however one sometimes wonders!
I think that some people have just become so bad that their consciences are seared and they really do not know right from wrong any more. It is all part of parents not being allowed to discipline their children and Christianity not being taught in our schools any more.
But it is a good question and you are obviously hurting very much over someone who has hurt you a lot.
I bet that has happened to just about everyone on this planet too. Just have to make sure that we are not like that.

depending on the person. you see my mother had so much loving emotions for my older sister. Had her on a pedestal so high. you would have thought that my mother was the queen of england and my sister a prince.

but when it came to me I was cinderella with the wicked mother. ( my mom was my real mom)

There are bad and good emotions, so yes each person has emotions. And the emotions you were shown as a child affect you later on in your adult hood. You see my daughter is mean and snubs people and looks down on me and treats me like my mother did. But them me I am so kind and loving that I go out of my way to help anyone. I do food drives to feed the hungry, i raised over 2000 for the red cross after 911. I was never shown any compassion but now I am full of it.

No, there are people who learn to emulate normal human emotions but they actually only feel for themselves. They are called sociopaths with antisocial behavioral disorders. They can not be cured and are more prevalent than most people are aware of...very dangerous.
