We're getting married on 9/9/06 in a small chapel. We are expecting 80 guests. We are Christian. We are not having any soloists sing. We have access to an acoustic guitar player and a piano player and possibly a violin player for our wedding music. What is a good song that would relate to a wedding celebration or asking God to bless the union or something like that that the congregation could sing together?

We don't mind printing the words out for the guests, but the tune should be easy enough that anyone could sing along and not feel tension to hit very high or very low notes.
Any suggestions?

My wedding is 12 August and I have everything in line... except an idea for my hair. It will be about shoulder length by then, I can't decide whether or not I want to wear it up, down, curly, straight or what. My dress is a "V cut" halter that is rather basic and easy since it's a small intimate wedding. I don't want my hair to be outrageous and wild with a simple dress. Please help me with some insight!

Is it ok to where a white dress to a friend's wedding if the majority of the dress is covered with a colorful pattern? I'm planning my wedding and also, and this dress is not something that would bother me if I was the bride. But do you think its ok?

I always just see and hear about nice weddings, where things go well and all, but my own wedding was a disaster from A-Z. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong. Am I the only one who didn't have a nice wedding??

Don't get me wrong, I'm happily married, but the wedding itself wasn't nice at all. :| I'm just wondering if that's really this rare, or if people just don't talk about weddings that go wrong.

see, i am a B.Com graduate girl, who is pursuing my MBA in correspondence. I am also working in a software company as a team leader. I am on the obesity side. My parents r searching a good guy for me for marriage from past 4-5 years. But all in vain. Who ever comes to see me, will reject me only because i am fat.

I have already told him about my family problem so he gave me promised that we will marry on coming may but suddenly said to me that he cannot marry with me till 2 years i have already wait 2 years and additional 1 year also.
