I am going to a wedding and my b/f of one yr is coming along. He has not met the couple and knows very little about the couple. I wrote my personal message in the card and signed my name. Do I add my boyfriend's name to the card?

I asked this question yesterday But i forgot to mention some important details..........

I just recieved an invitation to my cousins wedding for september.... I have a 4 1/2 month old baby.. BUT only my husband & I are invited!!! My daughter will be 7 1/2 months old when the wedding comes & I have no-one to babysit her (not that I'd want her baby sat anyway!!!) Im thinking of not going as im really dissapointed that she cant come... Its not as if they have to pay for her, or that she'll run around or anything! should we go or not? What would you do?

ADDED INFORMATION......
THERE IS GOING TO BE KIDS @ THE WEDDING IT IS NOT A KIDS FREE WEDDING!!!!!!! MY COUSIN JUST HAS A BIG FAMILY & DIDNT WANT TO INVITE EVERYONES KIDS!!!! I THINK IT SHOULD BE ALL OR NOTHING.... I MEAN I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD IF IT WAS NO KIDS AT ALL...BUT ITS NOT! .... NOW WHAT WOULD YOU DO????

I was joking around with my girlfriend about marriage and all types of stuff that married people do and she said “I don’t have an engagement ring. You haven’t even proposed yet." Should I take this serious or was it a joke?

A co-worker is getting married and she would like to know can two of the above be combined? (i.e. a blue ring given to her by her great-grandmother-can this go with the something blue and something old?) Or does she have to have 4 differant things? Need to know asap.

My fiance and I have been engaged for 6 months, but we do not have a definite date yet...we're waiting until he gets out of the navy next year in march and until we can save up. So, in about 2-3 years at the latest we will be getting married....is it too soon to start planning? And should we have a date?

I am getting married in October, and we are having a small wedding. Therefore, I have friends and family that I can't invite to the wedding. Can I still invite them to my bridal shower? Is that in poor taste?

I've been to formal events in which there was a receiving line. However how would this work at a wedding? Generally the receiving line would be as the guests enter right? So if the wedding part is delayed in taking pictures and the guest head over to the reception and start at the buffet, how does the receiving line work?
