My friend is getting married in September and she was going to do December and the colors would be White and black with Bridemaids gowns black with white fur trim but she is saying it would be to hot for fur so do you have any suggestions for her?
Her wedding is going to be at the Biltmore Estates and the honeymoon is I think at Fiji.

She coulc still use the colors since the Biltmore a very expensive place is some inside and out if not she could try

White and peach or pink
something that accents her complexion but I would still go for black with white fur that is so elegant and tasteful.

I think that your friend can still stick with black and white, but maybe add in another color. She can have the bridesmaids in either black or white (it sounds kind of weird to do white, but it can look really cool with a colored ribbon sash or other colored detail), and I would recommend tea-length dresses (about halfway between knees and ankles) since it will be warm in September in North Carolina. I personally wouldn’t go with the black dresses due to time of year and location and all that, but if she really wants to it could work. A few colors that would look great with black and white are a bright pink, pale pink, red, turquoise, or almost any other bright color. However, it may be harder to match flowers to a color like turquoise or another non-flowery color without bringing in yet another color. Blues can work well, because there are things like hydrangeas and bluish-purple flowers, and green can even work with lots of greenery, Bells of Ireland, and flowers like certain orchids and roses. I don’t know if the wedding will be inside or outside, but an outside wedding at the Biltmore Estate with mainly black and white would look wonderful – it would be totally elegant and classy, but it can also be fun and show off some personality.

My colors are also black and white. My bridesmaids are wearing black dresses. My matron of honor will have white and silver beeding on her dress. It would be cooler than the fur. My wedding is in July, and that's kind of a warm color, but it matched what I wanted, so we chose tea-length dresses and an airy fabric that wouldnt be too hot.

burnt orange ( no seriously it is a color has many shades though). Its a great colour for gowns , cummerbunds or vests, place settings, cent re pieces, candles, anything you want it for. Its perfect for the venue and the light for that time of the year. Is great for the day or night time. It will go with all skin tones and a wide variety of colours for accents or accessories.

Sept at the Biltmore Estates wow.....the mountains will be in full fall colors.

Deep purple almost eggplant with a satin sheen.....

I used black velvet and copper sheer in OCT it was nice....all white roses...and greenery....

Even burgundy would be great.....

Have fun!

do not spend a lot money on the shape that you bypass broke. placed on a impressive cream-colored in structure, possibly a fascinator/cage veil on your hair, assemble with relations at a eating position afterwards and invite the priest. you've already had a civil marriage and a baby, so this should be a low-key relations party.

Oh yeah..I like the Sapphire Blue idea. (september birthstone) I was thinking though, pick a fall color that you'd expect the leaves to be..maybe a pretty gold color or a red.
