I am a 40dd the only strapless bra I have ever found that gets the job done is by Goddess. I can tell you from personal experience that Victoria's Secret is useless and David's Bridal doesn't have anything that will hold the girls up. They will both have stuff in your size but nothing that won't leave you sagging. Try the Goddess Bridal Collection, most GOOD lingerie stores carry them. Also, make sure that you are actually a 46dd you would be amazed at how many women are walking around in the wrong size bra. good luck

You'll probably want a girdle...strapless with vertical and cup boning(or wired), It give you plenty of support and helps hold in some of those curves if you don't exactly want those to be seen so much. I'm a 36 dd and got mine from David's Bridal (About $40.00 USD). You will want a wired one though. You have a lot of blessing to hold up in a strapless dress I'm assuming. Even if you don't typically wear wired make an exception for your wedding day. Wireless girdles typically let you fall out or down which is even more uncomfortable then dealing with the wired for a few hours. Stay away from Victoria's secret! If David's can't help try Alfred Angelo or Dillards.

Go to a specialty lingerie shop (not Victoria's Secrets or anything like that). I had to get one when I got married and I walked in and the lady knew by looking at me what size I was and the first one I tried, fit perfectly. It might be a little more expensive but it's worth it to be comfortable.

Go to David's bridal, they have bridal undergarments there. If not, there is always sears, jcpenny, macy's or any other department store.

My suggestion is still David's Bridal though, they will have more selection - especially fit for your dress.

Do a web search for Empire Intimates. They may carry a piece that will work for you. If you can't order direct from them, find an authorized dealer.

I would stay away from Victoria's Secret. How about:
