Each country has different rules and regulation in conducting marriage.. You did not mention the country you are in and what kind of wedding you will perform.. But i know you need to have a Certificate of Singleness or an Affidavit to your Embassy.

I got married in Las Vegas 18 months ago and all we had to take was our passportsMy husband had been married before so he took his divorce documents. I would seek advice from the embassy for the country in which you are marrying.
