I sent a birthday gift and special card to someone i really really care about. they should have it by now, sent in the postal mail. Shouldn't they write an email or phone me to say they got it? What should I do now? PLEASE HELP>

my boyfriend and i have been dating for about 6 months and i am now suspecting he is smoking.

i dont like smokers, it makes me sick and i never thought he would be one to smoke...

he knows that i dont like smokers and knows i wouldnt tolerate smoking and that i couldnt date anyone who smokes...
does he just want to split apart? if so why hide it from me?

how can i find out if he truely cares about me and is not smoking?

Ok so Im 22 and its been quiet a while since I had sex (about 2 & half years) and Ive decided to get back in the game.
For the time being Im looking for a "just the once" thing to end the celibacy. Im not looking for a relationship just someone Im attracted to that I can have sex with.
First off Im a little nervous about the sex part...is there anything new I should know about??
And secondly whats the best way to ask for a one night stand...I dont want to come across as trampy so if I meet a fella out and take him home do I tell him straight up Im not looking for anything serious or just let it roll...

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and a half already, I thought everything was just fine, but one day out of the blue he told me he doesn't want us to be labeled as boyfriend and girlfriend any longer. He told me that he needs to concentrate with his career/education more and that a girlfriend will only limit his option. So I figured we should end our relationship because he doesn't want the commitment, but he said that he still want me to be there for me and that he's not looking for someone to replace me. We live together so it's impossible for us to be friends only. we live and work together so I know he's not cheating on or planning to replace me ( he said so him self ). We have a house together that we both bought so it's a little hard for us to just separate because of legal matters. So I don't know how to act around him...should I act like i'm his girlfriend or just act like i'm his friend? So should I leave him or should I stay and be patience? Please help me!

I want to put a really romantic message inside my boyfriends (22nd) birthday card. We have been together for over a year and a VERY serious and VERY in love. We plan to spend the rest of our lives together. I have been with my girlfriend for 6 months and we are both in our mid-20s. How do I know if she is for real about me? How do I know if she is serious about our relationship? I really like this guy, I'm semi-sure he likes me. I want to know if the following is considered a date, in your eyes, please.
- I invited him to the movies this Friday, as a sort of bday 'party' (mine).
- I'm paying for the tickets.
- It's just us going, no other friends of mine.
- We've been friends for 3 years, not best friends, just friends.
- I'm turning 17, he is 17, and we're both in 11th grade.

We both like one another alot, but it is very clear to me that she is still in love with her X. The interesting thing is that when she dated him she was still in love with her X before that. To make it more interesting they were all engaged. We are both 20. So it goes like this:

Timeline:

Countless previous BFs that were meaningless
X1 - Dumped him after 3 years
X2 - While Together still was in love with X1; in the end dumped after 1 year
X3 - Got over X1 but was now in love with X2; in the end she dumped him also after 8 months
ME!! Still in love with X3

I am not comfortable dating her because of it,but still have hope, am i crazy for wasting my time. What are some thoughts

Does anyone know of any good tips on how to find out if he really is cheating. I need evidence so I can prove it. I'm fairly sure he might be, but it could just be flirting which i'll still dump him for, but for peace of mind i still wanna know for sure if he is in fact cheating cuz it'll help me get over him quicker. Right. ive liked this girl for some time now and i came out of a long term relationship of 4 and a half years two months ago. I'm pretty sure she's going to do it whatever I do, and I don't want to get in the way of her being happy, but she knows it will upset me and I think she's going to do it anyway. I love my bf but things have to change. He has gotten really lazy. Some weekends I buy all the meals. I make 3x more than him but he can buy some too. He brings his laundry over and I end up doing it. I had a talk b4 about him helping me with it but it seems like I have to nag him to help This weekend was tiring as I drove him around, cooked everything, cleaned up after him, did his laundry. He doesn't drive so I have to drive but he could be more considerate of my time. He has gotten too comfortable. I don't want to break up with him but how do I give him a kick in the pants to get him to do his share in the relationship? I don't even want to see him this weekend as it wears me out and I'm angry at myself for being too nice.
