i have noticed this many a time now...........
a group of women , all friends , sat having a laugh.
as soon as the first woman leaves , all the other women just start slagging them off behind their backs,
why do women do this ????????????????

It's a horrible trait that we are all guilty of at least once in our lives & sadly usually more than once. There's no excuse for it, it's just bitchiness. I've become less bitchy as I've got older & more secure in myself but it has made me wary of other women.

i must say its in majority of the females attitudes. not all are the same. i would never slag about my friends because their like family. yeh everyone has ups and downs but u do get some women who are snobs.
this is something men can actually say is bad about some women and i would agree with them.

Not all women do this. They were probably a group of women who are either work colleagues or acquaintances rather than true friends.

i dont believe that all women do this,just some of them,i think women often see each other as competition and a threat.maybe its down to insecurity?who knows

It happens in factories too..
Although I always try to avoid such people.
Altho, I've also noticed that men occasionally do this too..
Perhaps nothing brings you closer together than a good b**ch!

I don't know why they do, but they do.
I think bitching has it's bonding qualities to it & that may be why women do it.
