There is this guy that ive recently been hooking up with. We have alot of fun. But last night things got akward, we are trying to keep this whole thing quiet, and i got really drunk last night and i think i was a little too forward and obviouse, i was basically just really in the mood...i dont want things to be weird between us. How can i make it so its not weird and he doesnt think i am crazy or something? what should i say?

I was supposed to call this guy that I'm pretty sure likes me last week so he could help me with something but I never got a chance to. (He'd seemed pretty excited when we talked about me callling him for help last week.) So I finally caught up with him this weekend and he seemed pretty happy until I brought up that I hadn't called him. After that he just sort of . . . deflated. Does it sound like he's upset because I didn't call?

How mad do you think he really is? How mad would you be?

How would you want thte girl to make it up to you if you were upset?

I take a class at uni with a lecturer about 20 yrs older than me. He is a very encouraging teacher to all us students, but to me, he seems to pay me special attention eg. leaning in to talk. He has even found an excuse to touch me in class, just a playful shoulder massage action, and once on the small of the back when i was going upstairs. I can't read him. I have developed a great respect for him because he is a great teacher, and think he may have some great personal qualities. I think he may want to start a friendship so we can see where things go, but I can't tell. In an e-mail to me on a class topic, he managed to slot in about four compliments. He hasn't really overstepped any boundaries, but i can't shake the fear that maybe i'm being manipulated. I want to get to know him better, but want to be cautious. Do you think that a lecturer paying one student special attention, with lots of compliments could be flirting? How can i tell if he's a manipulator? BTW i'm 27, he's late 40's

I have known this guy for over two years. We worked together abroad and became really close and then became lovers. He went home and I stayed there but every time I came home we spent alot of time together and he was always saying that when I came back he wanted us to give it a go. I got back a month ago and we've seen alot of each other. Then I invited him over for a meal for my birthday. My mum and her boyf we coming. He said he couldn't as he had plans with his parents but he didn't call or even text to wish me happy birthday until the next day. Well i have this friend and its clear that we might soon become more then friends, because we even arranged a date and everthing but the problem is every day he acts differently...like one day he can write all these sweet messeges with teddybears and kisses but another day he might be very cold and not even reply...and it always changed. There's this junior at my school and he has a gf, but she doesn't go to our school.

He seems really sweet. He is always iming me and stuff. He hugs me goodbye and he told me that he really likes me and that I someone he would want to be with but he can't do anything about it cause he has a gf. He told me that he never breaks up with him gfs. He waits for them to break up with him. He knows I really like him.

He is always like, you are so cute your awesome your cool and all this other stuff.

Is he playing me? I think he's keeping me "warm" in case he ever breaks up with his present gf.

My boyfriend and I were discussing "if there was no sex" and he said, "If there was no sex, males would NOT want to be with females." for such reasons. That ticked me, because is it true all males think like that? Of course they do... you NEED to be attracted to your partner.. otherwise you could fall in love with someone of the same sex if they had a nice personality, I'm sick of people not admitting this, I am honest, looks don't "take you so far"... they are always needed... if your partner had a face you couldn't help vomiting at, or you weren't attracted physically than you wouldn't want to have sex...physical attraction. Do you really think it's possible to have sex without a physical attraction... "Its all about personality when making love"...in that case you could probably have sex with another man/woman if they had a nice personality... Personality and looks are both essential... they don't have to be extremely good looking, but there must be an attraction, it's not shallow, it's just not being stuck
