I was supposed to call this guy that I'm pretty sure likes me last week so he could help me with something but I never got a chance to. (He'd seemed pretty excited when we talked about me callling him for help last week.) So I finally caught up with him this weekend and he seemed pretty happy until I brought up that I hadn't called him. After that he just sort of . . . deflated. I set up a definite time to call him this time, but:
Does it sound like he's upset because I didn't call?
How mad do you think he really is? How mad would you be?
How would you want thte girl to make it up to you if you were upset?
I do like him too, and we're not going out (yet).

Call him when you told him you would call. Forget about the past forgetfulness, you have already apologized and move on with it all.

omg - he is just teasing you and playing hard to get -
the more he runs away he knows the more you will chase him.
stop chasing him and let him chase you for a bit.
