My son went through a hard break up with his ex girlfriend. We dont like her and hope she never retuns to him. I guess her friends caused a lot of problems like playing them agaist each other, typical High school BS. At first they were not looking at each other, know its an exchange of rolls of eyes and dirty looks. What I worry about dirty looks expresses emotion what is next will she talk to him again and try to get him back. They share a clas in the am.What do you think we hope she is gone for good

Come on Mike!Who helped you in such matters when you were young? You sure want your son to be a yard ahead of his dad.Let go, old boy.Young ones learn faster through some odd knocks here and there. We all did,in our times. All will be fine.

Stay out of the situation and let the kids learn how to handle a situation like that.

I think this is one of those life lessons we wish we could spare our kids but can't. It's as necessary as falling off of the bicycle and picking oneself up and trying again. No one spared us, and we learned from it. Things such as these shape our identities also, just as much as our successes do. Just teach him good coping skills in the process. His ingenuity may surprise you. Good luck to you all.

Agree with Kevin you are showing him DRAMA. Advice would be to cool off and then become friends otherwise he will continue this pattern. Stay the hell out of it otherwise.

hmm.. have you tried talking to that girl?
talk to her in the nicest way possible, make her understand that she is no good for your son..
then if she's still there maybe its better that you do something to cut their communication..

Let them work it out, you stay out of it.

That's how you grow up.
